The EZVIZ H5 POE 2K is an outdoor security camera that takes power and data over one network cable (PoE). It records 2K (2304 × 1296), detects people and vehicles, has infrared and colour night vision, a siren and strobe light, two-way talk and IP67 weather protection.

Who the EZVIZ H5 POE 2K is for
A good fit if you want an outdoor camera on a single network cable, with no Wi-Fi to set up, viewed through the EZVIZ app and recorded to a microSD card (sold separately) or EZVIZ CloudPlay (paid, only in some markets).
Look at something else if there's no network cable where the camera will go. The H5 POE 2K has no Wi-Fi; the EZVIZ H8C has Wi-Fi.

Does it have Wi-Fi?
No. It connects by Ethernet cable only. It can take power over the same cable from a PoE switch, or from a 12V 1A adapter (sold separately).
Is a power adapter included?
No. Use PoE, or buy a 12V 1A adapter separately.
How far can it see at night?
Up to 30 m in infrared (black-and-white) mode. EZVIZ doesn't give a range for the colour night mode.
