Common questions
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product we sell is 100% genuine, and we are an authorised Apple reseller (GAP Partner). If a product turns out to be defective, we take it back, no questions asked.
Is the price on the website the real price?
Yes. The price on each product page is our current selling price. Prices can change when our suppliers change theirs, so if you are travelling to the store for something, message us first and we will confirm the price and stock.
Do you deliver outside Birtamode?
Yes, all over Nepal. Delivery usually takes 1 day nearby, 1 to 2 days to most cities and towns, and up to 3 days to remote areas. Within 15 km of the store, delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000.
Can I buy on EMI?
Yes. For iPhones you pay 20% at the store and the rest over 12 months at 0% interest with a Nabil Bank or Machhapuchchhre Bank credit card. Other products are 20% down with 10% interest. Ask us for the monthly amount on anything you like.
How do I pay for an online order?
Online orders are paid with connectIPS or Fonepay at checkout.
Do you repair laptops and other devices?
Yes. Rapid Repair, our service team, fixes laptops, PCs, printers and inverters, with free pickup and delivery and genuine parts.
