vivo V80 Price in Nepal: Rs 108,999, Specs and Pre-Booking Offer

Short answer: The vivo V80 price in Nepal is Rs 108,999 (Rs 1,08,999) for 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, and Rs 133,999 for 8GB/512GB. vivo launched it in Nepal on 1 November 2026. Pre-booking runs until 4 November, and the first 1,200 buyers get free vivo Buds, Rs 2,000 cashback, screen-breakage cover and six months of extra warranty.

vivo V80 price in Nepal

vivo sells the V80 in Nepal in two versions. Both have 8GB of RAM; the only difference is storage.

VariantPrice in Nepal
vivo V80 8GB + 256GBRs 108,999
vivo V80 8GB + 512GBRs 133,999

Prices checked on 2 November 2026.

It comes in two colours: Rise Orange, a matte finish that vivo says resists fingerprints, and Prime Gray.

Buy the 256GB model unless you shoot a lot of 4K video. The extra 256GB costs Rs 25,000, and vivo's spec sheet says the storage can't be expanded, so there is no memory card slot to fall back on later.

vivo Nepal's launch page lists the display, cameras, battery, charging and software. It doesn't name the processor, memory type or weight, so those come from vivo India's spec sheet for the V80.

One thing to know before you pay over a lakh: the memory and storage are LPDDR4X and UFS 3.1, older standards than the LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 used in flagship phones. Most people are unlikely to notice in everyday apps; it matters more for heavy gaming and moving large video files.

What is the ZEISS telephoto camera for?

The V80 is built around portraits. Next to the 50MP main camera sits a second 50MP camera with 3x optical zoom, which vivo pairs with 85mm and 100mm ZEISS portrait modes.

In plain terms, you can stand a few steps back and photograph someone's face and shoulders with a softly blurred background, instead of pushing a wide lens close to their face. That is the kind of photo people take at weddings, Tihar gatherings and graduation days.

vivo says the telephoto gives steady zoom from 3x to 10x, with up to 100x digital zoom. Treat anything past 10x as a way to read a distant signboard, not as a photo you'll print.

The front camera is also 50MP, with autofocus and a 92° wide angle, so group selfies fit more people in. Both the front and rear cameras record 4K at 60fps.

Battery and 90W charging

A 7,200mAh battery is big for a phone that is 7.69mm thick. vivo's lab figures are 39.5 hours of local video playback and 12 hours of navigation.

Real-world use will be lower than lab numbers, and we haven't tested it ourselves, but a battery this size should last a full day for most people.

Charging is 90W FlashCharge, and vivo says it reaches 50% in 30 minutes in its fast-charging mode. vivo also says the full 90W needs the original charger and cable, so don't swap in a generic one.

Going on a long bus ride or a trek? A power bank is still worth carrying. Our power bank price guide also covers the new flight rules for carrying one.

Is the vivo V80 waterproof?

The V80 is rated IP68 and IP69 for dust and water resistance. IP68 covers dust and immersion in water; IP69 adds protection against high-pressure, high-temperature water jets.

In everyday Nepal terms, that is protection for monsoon rain, a spilled cup of tea or a dusty highway ride. IP ratings come from lab tests, so treat the rating as insurance against accidents, not a reason to take the phone swimming.

vivo V80 vs V80 Lite: which should you buy?

vivo also sells the cheaper V80 Lite 5G in Nepal. Here is how the two compare, using vivo's own figures:

Modelvivo V80vivo V80 Lite 5G
Price in NepalRs 108,999 (8GB/256GB), Rs 133,999 (8GB/512GB)Rs 63,999 (8GB/128GB), Rs 73,999 (8GB/256GB)

Prices checked on 2 November 2026.

With the same 256GB of storage, the V80 costs Rs 35,000 more than the V80 Lite. That money buys the 3x telephoto, a 50MP selfie camera, 90W charging (more than double the Lite's 44W) and a 144Hz screen.

If you photograph people a lot, the V80 is worth the extra. If you mainly want a big screen and a long battery, the V80 Lite does that for much less.

Stretching towards the 512GB V80 at Rs 133,999? The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE sells for Rs 124,999 at Samsung's official SmartLife store (its launch price was Rs 119,999).

Should you buy the vivo V80?

Quick verdict: Buy the vivo V80 if portraits, battery life and water resistance matter most, and pre-book by 4 November for the free Buds and cashback. Pick the 256GB model unless you shoot lots of 4K video. Skip it if gaming is your priority or you don't need a telephoto: the V80 Lite has a big battery and the same IP rating for Rs 35,000 less.

vivo says full 90W charging needs its own charger and cable, so any power bank will charge the V80 more slowly. For a long bus ride or a trek, a 20,000mAh one is still worth carrying. If you're among the first 1,200 to pre-book, vivo includes free Buds, so you may not need earbuds. The tripod holds a phone, which helps with group selfies and portrait shots.
