Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Promote and maintain positive customer relations
- Make sure the individual gets the services needed
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Taking and ensuring task are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and mail
Must Have
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Skill with basic ERP Knowledge.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Taking and ensuring task are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Good Problem-Solving Skills
- knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
Nice to have
- At least a high school graduate (+2)
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
- Able to deal with difficult clients or customers
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
